|Couscous with green chard and chickpeas|
Last night I used this recipe to make couscous with green chard and chickpeas. I used craisins instead of raisins because it's preferred here in our household. The meal was tasty and quick to make. I really liked the contrast of the craisins and the green chard. I bought boxed couscous and used the packet of herbs and spices that came with it. I thought it gave the couscous more flavor. Unfortunately, my children didn't like it as much as my husband and I did. I ended up wiping couscous off the floor after a melt down. Oh, the joys of cooking for picky eaters!
